Specialised courses

The INP’s continuing professional development programme offers courses on specific topics, designed as long-term programmes or in partnership with other organisations, to meet specific needs in terms of professional development or international cooperation.

For professionals in management roles within institutions or cross-functional departments, and those expected to take on management responsibilities, the INP has created a dedicated programme comprising eight modules, totalling 21 days over an academic year running from September of year N to June of year N+1, with a closing day and inter-cohort professional exchange session in September of year N+1. Admission to this training programme is by application only. Applications are open from mid-February to mid-May of year N. The management programme is fee-paying and no exemptions are available.

Certifications

Vocational training at the Institute is also based on recognised quality standards, which serve as a guarantee of professionalism and reliability for both trainees and partners. The Qualiopi certification thus attests to the quality of the processes implemented for skills development: it guarantees the clarity of the information provided, the relevance of the teaching content, the qualifications of the trainers, and the monitoring and evaluation of the training courses. Furthermore, the Institute’s Datadock accreditation confirms the organisation’s compliance with the criteria defined by the funding bodies for vocational training.

Together, these accreditations demonstrate a constant commitment to excellence, transparency and the continuous improvement of the training programmes on offer.

Training venues

The courses listed in the catalogue are mainly held in Paris, set against the backdrop of an exceptional heritage environment, and in Aubervilliers, in a centre dedicated to the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage.

To promote access to training throughout the country, the INP also organises regional sessions in partnership with local institutions.
